		<description>A standard can&#039;t be patented dude!, that&#039;s some FUD that some people(ejem, boycot novell) has been doing in these days, its just silly when one makes something standard its because you are actually willing that &quot;others&quot; make a implementation of that standard.

I don&#039;t really believe in RedHat because they have a policy of &quot;Everything outside RedHat is evil and for instance sucks!&quot;, spreading FUD they like that, they make money from that, as an example there was an article saying that the Dell Ubuntu agreement was only to segregate Linux community and the offer wasn&#039;t really too &quot;ok&quot; in their terms.

BWT, the &quot;arrangements&quot;(Novell Microsoft) that they mention in the article, are totally agree with GPLv2 our very own Richard Stallman said it before, even though not all Open Source software is GPL.</description>
